Privacy and Security Policies:

Electrep.com is committed to protecting our customers’ personal and business information.  We DO NOT disclose any information of our customers to anyone else who is not involved to provide necessary services in the process of the purchasing on Elctrep.com. 

Electrep.com will NOT sell, rent or trade e-mail addresses of our customers with anyone for any purpose.

Electrep.com ensures that all information collected is kept on a secure server and is only read by authorized personnel. Electrep.com utilizes a technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The SSL will encrypt your personal or business information as it travels over the Internet and we do not collect and store your financial information in any form, and the final payment process with your financial info will be done only on PayPal pages, and we don’t touch your Credit card or PayPal account information at all during the whole payment process.

You understand and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password on Elecrep.com, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password.

Prices:

The Prices on this Web site are all FOB, San Francisco, CA, in $US Dollar. We accept payments through PayPal or the major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) via Paypal (without a Paypal account). Checks, cash or money orders are not accepted.  

Shipping:

Shipping and handling costs are calculated by FedEx’s online shipping calculator based on destination, order weight, etc. Orders are processed and shipped based on credit card or PayPal’s authorization. Electrep.com will ship all in-stock items ordered the same day received by 3:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) will be shipped out within next business day. 
Electrep.com reserves the right to ship all orders using its preferred carrier at a comparable level of service.

Back Orders/Out of Stock Items

Out of stock items can be backordered and lead times will vary within 7~15 working days based on the type of products. For items placed on backorder/out of stock will be shipped out as soon as they are available.  Backorders can be canceled within 24 hours after the order was placed - the unit(s) may already order special components for production after 24 hrs.

Taxes and Duties:

All orders shipping within the State of California will be charged at the appropriate sales tax rate unless a proof of exemption is provided. If exemption is the case, then all Customs charges involved including duties, taxes are the sole responsibility of the Customer or their designated representatives.  All other taxes, duties, Customs fees and brokerage fees are customer’s responsibility as well if applicable. All customers located out of California State are tax free.  Tax amount is presented during checkout.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability:

Electrep.com warrants to the original end-user purchaser that all products shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of shipment from Electrep.com locations.  This warranty shall be limited to either repair or replace only at Electrep.com’s option. Electrep.com will repair or replace defective products within the warranty period. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original product's warranty period, whichever is longer. The customer has the responsibility to provide purchasing records or completed series number on the unit to verify the original purchasing date.  This warranty is void if it is inspected  and determined by Electrep.com that the defect occurred as a result of accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repair, improper testing, or by any other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship. For service toward the products which are out of warranty, please contact our Tech Department. All charges shall be billed for any repairs requested out of the warranty period.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR AT LAW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND STATES ELECTREP.COM SOLE AND ENTIRE LIABILITY TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY AND PURCHASER’S OR THIRD PARTY'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM OF DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR SERVICING OF THE PRODUCTS, THEIR DESIGN, OR SUITABILITY FOR USE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ELECTREP.COM BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE COST TO PURCHASER FOR ANY PRODUCT (S) CAUSING ANY ALLEGED DAMAGE, EVEN IF ELECTREP.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


Return and Credit Policy:

The customer must have the original Purchase Order, serial number, reason for return, and all other paperwork handy when contacting Electrep.com’s customer services for return.

If the reason for return involves technical issues, Electrep.com Technical Support must be contacted to confirm the issue.  Please contact Customer Service of Electrep.com for return requests directly that do not involve technical issues.  Products still under the original warranty will either be repaired or replaced at Electrep.com’s discretion.

Customer MUST get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Electrep.com’s customer services for any return.  Electrep.com’s warehouse will not accept packages without a RMA number authorized.  An RMA number must be prominently displayed on the exterior of all packaging and also written on the RMA form accompanying the return. 

Customers have up to 14 calendar days after receiving goods to request a credit for any undamaged items in new condition.  Returns for credit must be received within 30 days from the date the RMA is issued.  All returns for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee of purchasing price, and the restocking fee for an item that has a price equal or higher than $600 will be 45% of the purchasing price - unless there is an additional pre-agreement in writing between buyer and us.  If the equipment has not been returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date the RMA is issued, a restocking fee of 30% of purchasing price will be applied.  Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the return at our warehouse. The restocking fee may be deducted from credit card refunds.  The buyer will pay the nonrefundable transaction fees charged by credit cards and Paypal if that are applicable based on their policies.

Please return the product along with all accessories and documents, in the original packaging. There will be a charge (purchasing prices) for any missing accessories or physical/electrical damage.

All approved repair work will be performed within 7~20 business days after the receipt of returned products.

Customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs to Electrep.com's warehouse including any applicable US importation processing charges on the returned unit and the insurance in applicable and responsible for any damage or loss during return shipment of the product.  Electrep.com will only pay ground freight for outbound return units to the customers.
